"We chose Rivertown Ridge for my brother. It was all enclosed, everything was indoors, and in close proximity. It's a new place. I went over and visited, and the apartments were very nice. It's a pretty large facility, the right hand side they had the assisted living, separate from the independent living, and the section that joins the two apartment complexes is the lobby area, there's two different restaurants, there is a theater there, there's an exercise room, there are community activity rooms, lots of places to meet with people and socialize. It thought that would be great for my brother instead of being isolated somewhere. I would give them a five for the way they got back to me, the interaction with me, and the accommodation of my brother coming in from New Jersey. Everyone on the staff is very gracious, accommodating, and when I first went in there and went to the reception desk, at least five different people introduced themselves to me. It was a different experience than what I had in other places."

“I am currently living in independent living and my husband is over in assisted living, both of us are in the same connected building at Rivertown Ridge. We moved to the community just after the assisted living section opened and a few days before the COVID virus broke out. We are so grateful that we are in the same building and moved when we did, because we are able to eat and spend the time together even though the building is in lock down.
Not only are we new, but the assisted living staff is also new so, we’re learning together. The staff is so helpful and friendly even though they have their regular duties on top of additional COVID procedures. My husband also has memory issues, so they have their hands full but they’re doing great! (I gave this a 4 out of 5 because I haven’t really gotten to experience the community fully, but I have really liked it thus far!)”

“In July of 2019, when my husband and I decided to move back to the Midwest to be near our adult children, I began searching the internet. Rivertown Ridge immediately caught my eye, so I contacted the sales office. Meredith was very kind, patient and helpful in answering my many questions. In August, we sent in a deposit. One of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Unfortunately, my husband passed away while we were still in Florida, but the genuinely friendly staff at Rivertown Ridge made the move an easier adjustment for me. My apartment, the dining rooms and common areas are wonderful! There’s a variety of activities, but no one feels pressured to participate. The location is ideal with shopping, hospitals, doctors and restaurants nearby. I’ve made several new friends here and am so happy to be a resident at Rivertown Ridge.”
